Open the sunshade and spread the fabric.
Fill the sand bags
Fill the sandbags completely – This is key to the stability of your sunshade. The bags will stretch as you fill them.
Open up and place the poles.
Place the first pole under the fabric, facing the direction of the wind. You want the fabric to catch the wind
Place the second pole in a position for optimal shade.
If you are setting up in water, though the sunshade may take on water and droop, don’t fret! It dries very quickly and will become taught again.
Rinse poles with fresh water after use in saltwater, to prevent rust.
In strong winds, bury the sandbags to strengthen the anchors.
